Standard Bookings
Free Cancellation: Up to 48 hours before check-in (local time).
Late Cancellation / No-Show:
Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in or no-shows will be charged one night’s room rate plus taxes.
Non-refundable bookings are charged in full at the time of reservation and cannot be modified or refunded.
Group & Extended Stays (5+ rooms or 7+ nights)
Free Cancellation: Up to 7 days before arrival.
Late Cancellation:
50% charge for cancellations made 3–7 days before check-in.
100% charge for cancellations within 72 hours or in case of no-shows.
Peak Season & Special Events
During holidays, festivals, or high-demand periods:
Free Cancellation: Up to 14 days before check-in.
Within 14 days: Non-refundable (full stay will be charged).
Early Departures
Guests checking out earlier than scheduled will be charged for the entire reserved stay unless otherwise approved by management.
Modifications
Changes to booking dates are subject to availability and rate differences.
No modification fee applies if changes are made outside the cancellation window.
Force Majeure Exceptions
Cancellations due to emergencies (e.g., medical, natural disasters, flight cancellations) may qualify for a waiver if valid proof is submitted within 48 hours.
Refund Process
Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
